Έξαρχος Μιχάλης (Stereo Mike)

Michail Exarchos (a.k.a. Stereo Mike) is a hip hop musicologist and award-winning rap artist (MTV Best Greek Act), with nominations for multiple VMAs and an MTV Europe Music Award. He is the creative director of music innovation company RT Sixty Ltd, and his publications include articles for Popular Music journal, the Journal of Popular Music Studies, Routledge, Bloomsbury Academic, and the Journal of Popular Music Education. His self- produced/engineered album Xli3h has been critically acclaimed as one the 30 Best Greek Hip Hop albums of all time. Mike’s latest book Reimagining Sample-based Hip Hop is now available from Routledge alongside accompanying album KATALH3H (Beats Deluxe).

Οι διαστάσεις του φαινομένου Brain Drain στον πολιτισμό

Το φαινόμενο του "Brain Drain" η μαζική φυγή στο εξωτερικό ενός σημαντικού τμήματος του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού με υψηλό επίπεδο εκπαίδευσης, καλλιτεχνικές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματικά προσόντα, έχει μακροπρόθεσμες επιπτώσεις στον πολιτισμό της χώρας μας. Μπορεί το φαινόμενο αυτό να αναστραφεί; Θα εξετάσουμε τις διαστάσεις αυτού του φαινομένου, εστιάζοντας στο προφίλ των καλλιτεχνών που αποχωρούν, τα κίνητρά τους και πώς μπορούμε να δημιουργήσουμε κίνητρα για την επιστροφή τους. Σε συνεργασία με σπουδαίους ομιλητές, θα εξερευνήσουμε λύσεις και προοπτικές που θα συμβάλλουν στην αειφόρο ανάπτυξη του πολιτιστικού τομέα. Ενώ οι καλλιτέχνες αναζητούν νέες ευκαιρίες στο εξωτερικό, πώς μπορούμε να τους ενθαρρύνουμε να επιστρέψουν και να συμβάλουν στην πλούσια πολιτιστική σκηνή της χώρας μας; Ανακαλύψτε μαζί μας τους δρόμους για μια δημιουργική, αειφόρο και παγκόσμια πολιτιστική συνεργασία.
